Farhan Tipu is the Founder and Lead Consultant of Change Agents. He is a seasoned professional with 23+ years of diverse experience in Pakistan as well as in the Middle East, for the organizations with 400 to 25,000 FTEs. His experience encompasses working in multifaceted and complex work environments to establish value-driven HR systems and processes.
He specializes in talent acquisition & management, strategic human resource management, organizational design, compensation and benefits, performance management, job analysis and evaluation, HR projects (set-ups) implementation, HR SOPs & policies formulation, learning & development, skills and competencies development, HRIS & HRMS, Lean and Quality Control Circles.
Farhan holds a Post Graduate degree and diploma in the field of Human Resource Management from Institute of Administrative Sciences, University of the Punjab. He also participated in various seminars/ courses and is an active member of Human Capital Institute, United States, Dubai HR Forum and Pakistan Society for Human Resource Management.

His years of experience in the field of Accounts/Finance and Internal Audit sharpened his skills in developing and implementing SOPs and ensuring the compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Hassan is a CA-Finalist from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He is an energetic, flexible and hardworking professional with an ability to prioritize tasks.
